I have been attending Kris' pilates classes for approximately 18 months and have noticed a marked improvement in my core strength. Kris provides the class with plenty of variety - no 2 weeks are the same - together with individual instructions and assistance if required. Kris is also very open to questions during the class in order that we can do the exercises properly. Lesley

Really enjoy these sessions. The stretches after a day of hard work or exercise make me feel much better. My instructor agrees that strengthening my core has made a huge difference to my riding. Don't collapse in a heap when getting tired any more leading to a sore back. Jenny
