I use many and varied exercises and equipment to provide interest and cross training.
The exercises are design to empower the individual to achieve their physical potential.
You will learn to recognise and feel the muscles working and discover how your body is responding to the exercise.
I keep my classes limited to a maximum of 12 at the Belair Uniting Church to allow a comfortable and safe space between each person.
Small class numbers also allow me to observe each person and prevent incorrect and unsafe execution of the exercise.
The classes are not aerobic. You will not continue with repetitions until you are dangerously fatigued
(although you will feel the workout).
There is no loud music drowning out my instructions.
Set mobiles to silent.
Aim to arrive ten minutes prior to class start time:
o To advise me of any medical concerns
o Place your mat
o Receive the equipment to be used in the class
o Hear any important announcements
Wear socks for hygienic use of equipment.
Bring 2 towels or a small pillow (used for head and/or lower back support
Late comers cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
